Hello peeps, How have y’all been doing? I hope you all had a great month full of festivals and family gatherings. I was too keeping really busy with all these festivities and finally squeezed myself sometime to write down a post today. Few of my recent collaborations have been with the talented fashion designers in Pune and Mumbai showcasing their festive cum wedding collection. Since I had put a lot of pictures on my INSTAGRAM, I thought I will round up all the looks in a single blog post. Promise to keep this post as short as possible.

Starting with some light and quirky festive outfits to a tad heavier ones.

1. Asymmetrical kurta: This striped baggy asymmetrical kurta is a perfect wear for a casual look plus it’s extremely comfortable for a light festive wear. Loving that sleek line of embroidery on the waist line that’s adding that much needed Indian touch. I have styled it with sneakers and a high pony tail but you can give it a festive touch by wearing a chunky pair of flats and letting your hair down. As I always say, add some fun earrings and you are sorted.

2. Halter Neck Maxi Dress: Are you too a fan of maxi dresses? Well if yes, make one your festive outfit. What’s unique in this dress is the halter neck detailing. You see those red tiny poms poms on the neckline, those simply have my heart. To match them out, I went for sea bead red earrings. I swear I could not have found a better pair for this dress. The dress makes for a super cute festive look.

3. Three Piece Outfit (Palazzo Set): Well it’s a perfect outfit to rock any occasion. Palazzo pants, a crop top and an ankle length shrug is what you can custom make as well. I am in love with this yellow color and the contrast printed shrug is adding the required charm to the look. Investing in such outfits is always a win win as all three pieces can be styled separately too. So watchaaa thinking?? Keep your jhumkis ready for a complete Indian look.

4. Three Piece Set (Dhoti Pants): Dhoti pants are always my favorite pick for any festive look keeping the comfort and the style, both, at peak. The pants are styled with a designer embroidered blouse and a long contrast shrug. The two color game is going really strong. Feeling like Jasmine with that braided hair and tucked in Gypso flowers, what do you guys have to say about this look?

5. Dhoti Pants set: Unlike above, this one’s dhoti pants with a flared crop top. The top is versatile for you can carry it as an off shoulder or one shoulder blouse, however you like. Well you can style both the pieces separately and make it a good investment in the long run. The lavender top is irresistible and that embroidery with silver sequins is bringing enough bling to the outfit. The pants are printed with absolutely weight less fabric. A perfect designer festive wear this season.

6. Three Piece Set (Pleated Skirt): For a day festive/wedding look, you can swear by this outfit. Wearing a classy light flamingo pink raw silk bustier with pleats of saree skirt, paired up with a rich organza jacket, hand embroidered with pearls and sequence and adorned by soft beautiful feathers. Well I have no words to describe the beauty of this outfit and how gorgeous it can make one look. Don’t you dare take your sunglasses off for it’s adding the swag to the look…haha. Well also it’s too sunny outside, baby!

7. Three Piece Set (Lehanga Set): Wearing the pastel grey crop top and skirt with hand embroidery of pearl, zari and thread on asymmetrical organza jacket with faux feathers. It’s all about the uniquely designed shrug that’s making the dress more appealing. An easy breezy outfit for this festive season. Make sure to pick the right earrings for such outfits.

8. Lehenga Skirt with Long Kurta: Who else is obsessed with RED hot look? This look is more for a newly wed as you know how Indian families want to see the newly wedded girl more in red colored outfits. Wearing a long flared red lehenga cum skirt with a long high low pattern kurta having broad golden border at the hemline of the kurta. The kurta is having embroideries all over giving it a proper festive look. Accessorize this stunning outfit with your million dollar smile and win hearts.

9. Lehenga Set: Ditch the dupatta with these exaggerated long sleeves. Rich brown lehenga set is a must have this festive season and also with the wedding season round the corner. Delicate light brown thread embroidery with swarovski crystal detailing on the waist line of the lehenga and on the neckline of the blouse makes for a beautiful festive wear.                Hairstyle tip: Make a nice bun to let the sleeves maintain it’s charm.

10. Saree/Skirt Set: The heaviest of all is this Skirt with pleats like a saree and a heavily embellished blouse with ruffle aanchal like dupatta. It’s a three piece dress worn together as a saree. The color makes it apt for a day festive as well as wedding look. Keep the accessories minimal for the outfit is enough to get the heads turned.
