Hola Chicas,

Had an amazing weekend? I am sure, each one of you did. Well for me, I had some guests over this sunday so was a bit occupied but this post had to go live. With winters approaching, I was wondering if we really have to bid adieu to our summer clothes? How about making them winter ready? I ditched this idea of pushing them in the back of my closet and incorporated them into winter style. So here I am talking about how can we convert our summer clothing into winter clothing. Three years in Pune and still waiting for the proper winters. Hailing from north India has got me addicted to even 1 degree which is badly missed in the west but that comes as an advantage in a way that I can literally wear my summer clothes very comfortably in so called Pune’s winters too. Having said that, it’s just a bit of layering that needs to be added to my summer wardrobe and I am all set for winters.

Onto what I am wearing now. A light grey striped strappy jumpsuit from Ginger is one of the chic-est attire I got recently. Don’t ask me how comfy it is. There are two ways I have styled it here. One kinda summer look in which I am wearing a navy blue belt with contrast shoes and bag. I totally loved how a simple belt accentuated the look and the feel of the dress. Wearing the belt a bit high waist to look taller. Well the high block heels too contributed to the same. My newest love and the first purchase from Lulu & Sky are these high red suede pumps (I am so into pumps). Guess one day I will have all the shades of em’. These are the cutest thing I have seen in a while. That bow in the back of the heels is to die for. Not to miss my new bag from Twinkle Deals. It’s so peppy and cool. How well it goes with my look. Complete crush! Though the look is completely western yet I wore these traditional earrings with it. These earrings were bought from the street market very recently and I love the pearl detailing. Isn’t it more fun to give an Indian touch to the western look?

Nothing much that I have done here with the same dress to transform it into winter look. Wearing a long printed shrug with the jumpsuit and completely changing the overall look. No more belt now. The best thing about the shrug is that it can be styled in a zillion ways. The shrug that you see me wearing here has a belt which you can either tie in style or just let it fall like I have done, keeping the rest intact. I love such kinda layering for light winters.

Hope you liked both the look loves. Do share your views on the same and let me know what’s your pick.

Stay tuned for some boho vibes in my next. Until then…
